- Article 1 (Purpose)

1. ① These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the website (“Site”) and users regarding the use of services (“Services”) provided on the internet homepage operated by Korea Magnesium Industry.

- Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used herein are defined as follows:

1. ① “Site” means the virtual space configured by Korea Magnesium Industry using computers and other information and communications facilities to provide the Services.
2. ② “Services” means all internet-based services provided on the homepage and other websites operated by Korea Magnesium Industry.
3. ③ “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms, completes user authentication on the homepage, and receives the Services provided by Korea Magnesium Industry under these Terms.
4. ④ “Operator” means the person designated by Korea Magnesium Industry to manage and operate the Services smoothly.
5. ⑤ “Personal Information” means information that can identify a specific individual, such as name and email address, contained in the relevant information.
6. ⑥ Personal information collected for user authentication is managed in an encrypted form that cannot be decrypted to protect privacy and will never be used for purposes other than unavoidable cases such as user authentication or necessary service integrations.

- Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)

1. ① These Terms become effective when posted by Korea Magnesium Industry on the service screens or otherwise notified to Users.
2. ② Korea Magnesium Industry may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws if unavoidable circumstances arise.
3. ③ In the event of changes due to circumstances or business needs, the Company may amend these Terms, and the amended Terms shall become effective when announced or notified as set forth in the preceding paragraph.
4. ④ Matters not stipulated herein and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and general practices.

- Article 4 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. ① When collecting user information, the Site collects only the minimum information necessary for operation. The following are required items; others are optional.
   • a. Name
   • b. Resident registration number
   • c. Address
   • d. Password
   • e. Email address
   • f. A reachable phone number
2. ② When collecting personal information that can identify an individual, the Site shall obtain the user’s consent.
3. ③ The Site shall not provide or use personal information provided by users for purposes other than the following:
   • a. Provision and use based on applicable law
   • b. Provision and use for information services offered by Korea Magnesium Industry
4. ④ Users may at any time request access to and correction of their personal information retained by the Site.
5. ⑤ The Site limits the number of administrators to the minimum for personal information protection and is responsible for any damage to users resulting from loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of personal information due to the Site’s intent or negligence.
6. ⑥ The Site or any third party that has received personal information from the Site shall promptly destroy the information once the purpose of collection or provision has been achieved.
7. ⑦ Other matters related to personal information protection while using the Site are governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

- Article 5 (Obligations of Korea Magnesium Industry)

1. ① Unless there are special circumstances such as system maintenance and service development, communication failures, or other force majeure events, Korea Magnesium Industry shall continuously provide stable Services as stipulated in these Terms and the consent form.
2. ② Korea Magnesium Industry shall take robust technical safety measures and exercise utmost care in management to protect users’ personal information, including credit information.
3. ③ Korea Magnesium Industry shall not send advertising emails for profit to users who do not wish to receive them.

- Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

1. ① When using the Services, users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
   • a. Registering false information at the time of application or change
   • b. Illicitly using another person’s resident registration number or personal information
   • c. Altering information posted on the Site
   • d. Using information obtained through the Services for purposes other than personal use—such as copying, processing, translating, preparing derivative works, reproducing, performing, broadcasting, exhibiting, distributing, or publishing—or providing it to third parties
   • e. Defaming or disadvantaging others
   • f. Infringing the copyrights of Korea Magnesium Industry or third parties, or other rights
   • g. Distributing content that violates public order or morals (information, text, graphics, audio, etc.)
   • h. Engaging in acts objectively deemed connected to crimes
   • i. Registering or distributing computer virus data that may cause malfunction of equipment related to the Services or destruction/confusion of information
   • j. Transmitting information that could hinder the stable operation of the Services, or sending advertising information against the recipient’s will
   • k. Any other acts that violate applicable laws and regulations

- Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)

1. ① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to works created by Korea Magnesium Industry belong to Korea Magnesium Industry.
2. ② Users shall not use information obtained through the Site for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use it, by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from Korea Magnesium Industry.

- Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. ① Korea Magnesium Industry and the user shall make every effort necessary to resolve disputes arising in connection with the Services smoothly.
2. ② Korea Magnesium Industry shall give priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. If prompt processing is difficult, the Company shall immediately notify the user of the reason and the expected schedule.

- Article 9 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. ① Litigation concerning disputes arising from the use of the Services between Korea Magnesium Industry and users shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s address.
2. ② Korean law shall govern lawsuits filed between Korea Magnesium Industry and users.
